Our offices and units are located directly off the Bristol Motor Mile in Johnson City, Tennessee, at 3901 Bristol Highway.

We require the first month's rent, a valid ID and you must be 18 or over. 

Rental agreements are month-to-month and automatically renew on the 1st day of each calendar month.

Cash, check or credit card is accepted at our location. 

All units are located inside a Fenced Area with an Access Gate along with Surveillance Cameras monitoring them 24/7. Our storage units are only accessible by those that are listed on the rental agreement. 

Rent is due the 5th of each month and is considered late by the 15th and a late fee imposed after close of business on the 5th of each month.

We actually recommend that you provide your own lock. It is our suggestion that you use a high quality, name brand lock as well as keeping a spare key to it in a secure location. We can provide locks; however, an additional fee may occur. Ask our office for details.
